Privacy Policy

Effective 22 July 2026

1. Who we are

NextLeadium ("we", "us") is an executive practice platform operated from the European Union. For the purposes of GDPR, we are the data controller for the personal data you provide when using the platform. Contact: support@nextleadium.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: email address, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and profile picture as provided by the identity provider.
  • Application data: the information you submit in the Access Application (name, role, stage, motivation, optional LinkedIn URL).
  • Practice data: the decisions, rationales, and artefacts you create while using the platform.
  • Feedback: messages you send through the in-app feedback tool, plus the route and user-agent at the time of submission.
  • Technical data: basic logs (IP, timestamps, user agent) generated by our hosting and infrastructure providers.

3. Why we process it

  • To operate your account and the practice experience.
  • To review access applications and communicate the decision.
  • To improve the platform based on your feedback.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect the service against abuse.

Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6): performance of a contract (running your account), legitimate interest (improving and securing the product), and consent (marketing communications, if any).

4. Sub-processors

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to host the application, run the database and authentication layer, send transactional emails, and deliver AI-generated content. These third-party providers process personal data on our behalf, under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements, and may store data in the EU, UK, or US under Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Account and practice data are retained for as long as your account exists. Feedback is retained for up to 24 months. On account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where a legal obligation requires longer retention.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@nextleadium.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to preserve session state. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email and update the effective date above.
