Terms of Use

NextLeadium is an executive practice platform. It presents scenarios, records your decisions, and produces after-action briefings. It is not a course, a coaching service, a certification, or a substitute for professional advice.

During closed validation, access is invitation-only and reviewed case by case. We may accept, decline, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion, and may end the validation programme at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use NextLeadium.
• Provide accurate information at signup and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity performed under your account.

Do not:

• Attempt to circumvent access controls, probe security, or scrape the service.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your role.
• Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Use the platform to build a competing product.

You retain ownership of the decisions and rationales you record. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to operate the platform and improve it in aggregate, non-identifying form.

The platform uses AI to generate scenarios and after-action briefings. Outputs are for practice and reflection only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for real-world decisions; you are responsible for how you use them.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during closed validation. We do not guarantee uptime, and features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months, which during closed validation is zero.

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@nextleadium.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
